Phase 1, 2 and 3 (Phases 2 and 3 beyond photo) of the 250 unit, 4-storey, 3 building Seasons apartment development founded over a 2-level, shared, underground parkade. Geotechnical engineering services included foundation assessment, excavation shoring and underpinning design using pre-stressed, tied-back, reinforced shotcrete, sediment and erosion control, and retaining wall designs. Regular geotechnical field review services during construction.
